USING GETTINGDOCS
Dashboard
Every number on your dashboard, what it means, how it is counted, and what clicking it does.
The whole screen, explained
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in: every campaign you are running, added up. Pick a number on the screen, or take the tour, to see what each part means and what clicking it does.
One campaign at a time: your newest that is still chasing (or, with none chasing, your newest). It shows how many of its candidates are fully onboarded and how far it has got, from created to completed.
How it’s counted
The campaign is picked for you; there is no switcher. Open Campaigns to see any other.
Completion and documents received
The two large cards answer the two questions most people open the dashboard for:
- Completion rate: how many of the people you are collecting from have sent everything. Each person counts once, however many campaigns they are in.
- Documents received: how many came in over the last two weeks, and whether this week is up or down on last week.
The smaller tiles
- Avg. time to collect: from first message to document, on average.
- Chased by Amy: every message Amy has sent for you, and roughly the hours that saved.
- Needs attention: people flagged after going quiet. Click it to see who.
- Needs review: files waiting for someone to say what they are. Only there when there are some.
- Upload failed: documents that arrived but could not be saved. Click it, then retry them from Campaigns.
A red, amber or purple badge means there is something for you to do; green “all clear” means there isn’t.
The charts
Document Collection Activity shows where your campaigns stand, grouped by the day each one was created, so a tall bar is a day you started a big campaign. Collection Status is the same totals as a ring across every campaign. Both add campaigns together, so someone in two campaigns counts twice there, unlike Completion rate.
