YOUR TEAM
Team & roles
Invite colleagues into your workspace, and what owners, admins and members can each change.
Roles & permissions
If you’re on a plan with more than one seat, you can invite colleagues into your Gettingdocs account from Settings → General → Team. Everyone on the team works in the same workspace: your agency’s clients, campaigns and documents are shared, so any of you can pick up a chase somebody else started. What differs between people is how much of the account they can change.
There are three roles:
Owner
Billing & everything
The person who set up and pays for the account. Full control: billing, the plan, and the whole team. There’s exactly one owner.
Admin
Helps run the team
A trusted team member who can grow and manage the team, invite people and remove members, but can’t touch billing or change roles.
Member
Does the work
A recruiter on the team. They add candidates, build and send campaigns and handle documents like everyone else, but can’t manage the team or the account’s settings.
