Notifications

The bell, the notifications page, what every notification means and what to do about it, and which are also emailed to you.

The bell and pop-ups

The bell at the top of every page counts what you haven’t read. Click it for the latest, or wait: new ones also pop up in the corner, most urgent first, with a View button.

In the app: notifications
GettingDocsDashboard
Clicking one in the bell opens it on the Notifications page and marks it read. Mark all read clears the count in one go.

The notifications page

Notifications in the sidebar keeps everything: unread first, read ones in their own tab. Search by person, campaign or wording, and sort newest or oldest first.

In the app: Notifications
GettingDocsNotifications
  • Click a notification for its details: who, which campaign, which document, what is still outstanding.
  • The … menu marks one read without opening it, and, where we have a link to the candidate’s ATS record, opens it there.

What each one means, and what to do

Most need nothing from you; they are there so you can see the work being done. The ones that need you say so.

Notifications in the app can’t be switched off; only the emails can. Use Send Test Email to check they reach you and aren’t landing in spam.
